Bank of America Home Loans Wholesale Lending is pleased to announce that brokers are now able to run FannieMae DU at no charge and retrieve a Non-LandSafe credit report on the Wholesale Lending Website

You now have three options to submit a loan with a FannieMae DU case file:

  *  Run FannieMae DU at no charge and retrieve a non-LandSafe credit report on the Wholesale Lending Web site

  *  Run FannieMae DU at no charge and order a LandSafe credit report on the Wholesale Lending Web site

  *  Retrieve an existing FannieMae DU case file into the Wholesale Lending Web site

The "How to obtain a DU or eApprove decision" reference guide has been updated to include instructions on retrieving the non-LandSafe credit report.
