We review and resolve title issues, prepare deeds and other closing documents, and coordinate the closing with all parties involved. Our experienced REO Department, along with our in-house Attorney, provide the expertise and customer service to complete the closing in a timely manner.

Advantages of Buying REO Properties

• Usually Liens against the property are removed once it becomes an REO, and taxes are paid.

• REO's are listed with specialized real estate agents.

• The bank or lender will often provide an allowance for certain repairs

Before Making an Offer

Suggest that your agent contact the listing agent and ask the following questions:

• Are there any inspection reports?

• What work has the bank agreed to?

• Is there a special "as is" form?

• How long does it take the bank to accept an offer?

• How does your agent deliver the offer?

Offers are usually faxed to the bank. Provide the listing agent with a pre-qualification, or better yet, a pre-approval letter and buyer biography. Make your offer easy to accept.
