Job Duties include:

  • Abstracting records for commercial and residential properties in multiple counties
  • Examining Chain of Title
  • Review title search reports and their documentation in a timely and thorough manner
  • Resolve issues such as missing documentation, incomplete or inaccurate information contained in the chain of title

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Title Examiner licensed in the State of Wisconsin required
  • Detail oriented
  • Minimum High School diploma
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients in a professional manner
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products

 Closing Coordinator For Processing Lender Files

Wisconsin Title, Closing, and Credit Services has an IMMEDIATE FULL TIME  opening for a Closing Coordinator for processing Lender Files

We are looking for an energetic real estate closer with great organizational skills. Working knowledge of the title industry is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with the appropriate background

Job Duties include:

  • order and calculate payoffs, taxes and water bills
  • preparation of buyer and seller closing statements, coordinating and scheduling closing times and locations
  • prepare Closing Disclosure
  • preform quality review of loan files to ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulatory guidelines
  • Review title and Offer to purchase for accuracy and cleared exceptions

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience preferred or related mortgage / real estate experience
  • strong Customer Services skills
  • work well in a fast paced environment
  • ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external clients in a professional manner
  • must be a team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude

 Real Estate – Seller Side Processor and Closer

Wisconsin Title, Closing and Credit Services is looking for a well-organized individual to process and close seller side files in a fast paced environment.  This is a full time position.

Duties Included in Seller Side Processing for the Closing:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Review Offer to Purchase and contracts
  • Contact vendors to obtain payoff statements, etc to be paid off at closing
  • Review and clear any exceptions presented on title
  • Prepare Seller Side closing documents and Seller Side closing statement
  • Attend the Closing for the Seller Side to ensure all documents are correctly signed
  • Other duties and processes that may arise as part of the closing process

 

Other requirements:

  • prior experience preferred or related mortgage / real estate experience

 Real Estate Paralegal as a Loan Processor

We are looking for a Real Estate Paralegal as a Loan Processor

Must have at least 1 Year Paralegal Experience / Certification

Must have at least 2 years Real Estate Background – with Commercial property experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review of title documents
  • Resolution of title defects.
  • Prepare real estate documents including but not limited to: transfer returns, affidavits, closing documents and other documents as needed
  • Prepare closing documents and facilitate closings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task and work together in a team environment
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products – Word, Outlook, etc
  • Ability to communicate with others on a professional level including clients, realtors, lenders, etc both verbally and via email

This is a full-time position at our office in Waukesha
